Good value, compact, multifunction -even and mp3 player.

Will not replace a full size model, but then that is not its design.

The Bottom Line:
I would recommend buying this camera for a low end user, great value, decent picture quality.
Small easy and easy to use. Can be found for about $100. I got it for $50 on Black Friday.
The cons posted above are accurate (execept for only being able to use outside) Small screen, just flips open and does not rotate.
But I like the picture quality, it is better with the stabilizer function on, and decent video quality. The 4x zoom feature does a nice job of enlarging pictures without causing pixelation. I am using a 2 GB SD card, which is the largest that is allowed. To increase the picture quality I use a mini tripod, and installation hole is a standard feature on the camera.
The Camera uses two AA batteries. The battery life is about three hours of use without the light on. The light can be turned on or turned off or on an automatic function. The camera automatically turns on when the viewing screen is opened. It can manually be turned off or when the screen is closed again. The only time that the off function is overridden when the screen is closed is when you have it in the MP3 mode.
Overall it is a nice camera is easy to use and has many different functions.
