The Bottom Line:
For the price you can not go wrong.
Recently I moved and have not yet brought my games the four hundred miles I moved. So I went to Wal Mart to pick up a game or two when I saw this set. Two game and the expansions for less then ten dollars. I could not pass up the deal.
When I got home I installed the games. They are RTS (Real Time Strategy) which I do like. Soon as it was done I jumped right into the action.
I found that the graphics were not bad at all for such old games. The thing the game was lacking right from the start was the sound. The effects were hardly better then elevator music.
The AI of computer players is good. The only problem I found later in my games was some pathing issues as well as a few glitches you could use with the pathing issues. I did not take advantage of them cause I like a real fight.
I have only played the instant action so thats the only style I can comment on. In all the game is fun, though Microsoft could have fixed the many minor flaws that hinder this games level of fun.
You can play many diverse countries. All of them have pros and cons. You just need to find the one that complements your play style.
In all for less then ten bucks you can't go wrong with this set.
