The wonderful franchise moves to the modern day!
One of my favorite games last year was Call of Duty 3, a World War II first-person shooter. However, there have been so many World War II games in the last few years that it's beginning to feel like we've fought the entire war twenty times over. So when Infinity Ward came up with Call of Duty 4,... Read full review »
Call of Duty 4: Hopefully this sets the standard for Modern FPS Video Gaming
Wait, where the hell was I when the other 3 COD's came out?
Anyone tracking my reviewing hiatus(And I pretend that anyone actually did) is probably starting to think that I locked myself in my room and played nothing but shooters for the last 3 years. Since I've already tackled Halo 3 and...

Duty calls... Can you hack it? - Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
As important that World War II is/was to our country, there are only so many times that a first-person shooter series can use that era in time before gameplay gets stale and loses momentum. The Call of Duty series has been around for a few years winning numerous Game of the Year awards, but it... Read full review »
You've been called to duty...will you answer in this groundbreaking Modern Warfare?

Forget WWII, this is Modern Warfare...
Overall
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare leaves the other Call of Duty games in the past, where they belong. This is the first Call of Duty series game to be set in the modern times, instead of the World War II setting. That was a move that I thoroughly enjoyed. I will not talk about the story,...

Bringing Terror to the Terrorists
If video games are being produced based on the developer’s interpretation of the future, then, that future looks rough. It seems as though there is no shortage of Russian speaking, dissidents of collapsed Soviet Union satellites – or Arabic speaking, generically labeled “Terrorists” trained to run... A game that can change your gaming experience forever
Call of duty 4 is a sleek game with a cinematic feeling from the beginning to the end. In this game, one will incarnate several characters in a world war possible scenario plot. One will quickly get immersed in the game and identify oneself with the characters. Dramatic moments and twists are...

Single Player Mode
The single player mode is really short for this game. When I mean short, expect to finish it on normal difficulty within 6 hours or less. In single player mode you follow the story of two characters that fight in the Middle East front and also on the Russian front. If you need...
