Call of duty 4 is a sleek game with a cinematic feeling from the beginning to the end. In this game, one will incarnate several characters in a world war possible scenario plot. One will quickly get immersed in the game and identify oneself with the characters. Dramatic moments and twists are state of the art in this game. Getting from one point to the other in this game is never straight forward, the player will sometimes found themselves flooded in the enemy hordes or the terrain itself will get tricky, with for example helicopters falling from the sky. The controller response is precise and the blend that is created between the gameplay action and the cinematic cutscenes is impressive.

Graphics:

The graphic is breathtaking with shadows, shaders and lighting effect that provide a touch of realism not seen in previous game. The engine will certainly become a developer’s favourite in future installments.

Sound, music and voice acting:

Coming from a developer like infinity ward and a publisher as activision it comes as no surprise that everything is topnotch here.

Single player experience :

The game provides a fast pace action gameplay with astounding graphics and fuming framerates. There are very few glitches and it is a great experience. The only major draw back is the length of the campaign, a mere 8 hour campaign which is quite disappointing but one will enjoy every second of it.

Multiplayer experience :

The multiplayer campaign might be the main reason for buying this game. The multplayer campaign is definitely one of the best around and will keep you scotched to you seat for hours and hours of gameplay.
