Validates corrupt images as if they are okay.
The trial version offered by Acronis is so severely crippled, I had to buy the full version in order to fully trial it. I'm glad that I got a rebate that took it down to half-price so that my losses are minimized as I toss this trash into the waste bin.

Backup solution for Vista, but it doesn't work for all systems, here is why.

Just doesn't work. Horrible.
Looks good on paper, but I have had one successful backup in six months. I just bought a brand new external drive since it wouldn't work with any of my other drives, and it fails on that one as well. Good product, lousy support
I purchased Acronis because it can perform both image and differential backups. An image backup is an exact copy of your hard drive. You can literally bash your original hard drive to bits, put in a new one, and create an exact replica of the original drive with relatively ease.
