Pros If you're desperate for heat, it will do; freezing takes 30 minutes
Cons the heating doesn't last long; super hot out of the microwave; somewhat clumsy.

Pros Soothing cold and heat for your beaten and ruined body... retains heat and cold a long...
Cons Very unwieldy shape, too small/thin, I don't have any appreciation for the pouch...
