Yes
The Bottom Line:
Fun game, funnest simulator to date. A quality purchase.
An excellent flight simulation game which is currently available for any system. At first it may seem boring but it soon becomes a very addicting and enjoyable gaming experience. . Even if you don't really like flight
simulation games, It is almost certain that you
will like this one a lot due to the great sound, excellent graphics, and ease of use with the controllers. This game truly capures the experience of being behind a realistic cockpit, and shooting down enemy ships Included are over 19 ships to try out, each which includes it's own different weaponary. The game is simpler than most PC flight games, making it easy for any gamer to play without much discomfort. Currently for PS2, this is the best flight simulator which is available.
I mentioned the graphics earlier; the landscapes from
a high altitude are stunning. When your craft is at low altidue, it gets a tad bit blurry, however, Viewing enemy planes, or incoming fire is not a problem however as they come in detailed quality each time. The sound is just as good as it offers very believable noises to complement the different planes which you will fly in.
