ACCEL 35366 51/ 61/ 71 Series Control Module
The Accel Ignition Control Modules are designed to fit most stock or modified distributors. They come with solid-state electronics for high-coil output and superior reliability. The dwell control circuit ensures long, consistent coil charging, and the current control circuit protects against coil overheating and resists false triggering from the Radio Frequency Interference of high-output coils. The advanced engineering for the High Energy Ignition ultra performance module has been repackaged into a smaller size to fit inside the bowl of the Accel electronic breakerless distributors. The high amperage dwell circuit ensures full coil saturation for high RPM performance. Accel 51000, 61000 and 71000 series electronic breakerless distributors are equipped with the 35366 module while the 52000 series use the 35372 module, both of which operates on 12 volts, so there is no need to run a ballast resistor.
