Had a Livia automatic a little over a year - it made decent cup of espresso - as long as you follow a preparation routine. the machine died for no apparent reason. Got in touch with the service center & received a call back in a couple days. The representative was very helpful, took the time to diagnose the problem - so as to avoid having to ship the machine back - if possible! my Livia is now back up and running & making great coffee.
