I love this thing. It only cost me $67 and took an hour to assemble.
Today I got on it and had a good workout with it. The low impact of stress on my lower back was amazing. I have a couple of bad discs and this unit allows me to get back to doing sit-ups without the pain or worry of re-injury or over doing it. After looking at a lot of the other type of Ab workout units and reading all the bad reviews about poor construction, poor materials or design, I am glad I waited to discover this little beauty.
