I guess I'm just lucky. This is my 3rd Abit board and I've never had 1 problem that didn't trace back to my stupidity. This board (Abit AV8 V1.1) is rock solid and FAST.
Unlike some of the other people I thought the package was pretty nice and it had more then I needed. After trying to come up with a complaint for a while I think the only one I have is the IDE ports are set too low on the board. I have a tall tower and with a 36" cable I can't reach the top drive bay with IDE-2.
