Pros Decent Price
Cons Very frustrating, does not work as advertised. Poor support.
Recommended it? No

I've had this card for a while, and I had to give up on the TV function..It runs for a few seconds, freezes up, and crashes my computer.
After spending literally more than 2 solid days trying different drivers, and configurations, I finally deleted the multimedia and TV functions.
So now... Read full review »

If you have Windows XP Media Center Edition, it works beautifully!

bySilverTab Jul 24, 2006

Pros Works flawlessly with XP Media Center.
Cons Will cause you to hate ATI if you try to use ATI Multimedia Center.
Recommended it? Yes

Here's the main thing you have to remember about using this card: Do NOT use ATI's software.

...at all.

Media Center will take care of all the details. I have a dual tuner setup with a TV Wonder Elite, and it works beautifully. I had the same problem as one of the other... Read full review »

I wouldn't buy it again

Pros fast, high resolutions
Cons TV functions not properly
Recommended it? No

The TV function freezes the whole operation system randomly, it forces you to reboot.
Same issue with Bejeweled 2.0 Deluxe, but here it freezes every time, usually after 5-6 min.
The upgrade to the latest drivers from ATI ( version 9)doesn't make anything better, it even makes the TV... Read full review »

Pros Great pix and TV video capture.
Cons Crummy software updates. Google TV Wonder and read on.
Recommended it? No

When you fight it a while, it works fairly good. TV pix is great. Software can be unstable. I stopped the "Hang" problem by disabling the Hyper Threading feature of my Pentium 4. Found this work around on the net.

In summary, if you get it running on your first install from the CD, which... Read full review »

Pros It fits in the trash
Cons I paid for it

This card makes my system run sluggish, and I can't even play network games for 3 seconds without it hanging for a minute or more at a time. Absolute garbage. Read full review »

Pros No pros
Cons TV function fails to initialize. This is supposed to be a TV card, damn it!
Recommended it? No

I've never had such a hell of a time installing software drivers in my life. The crappy part is, I've spent a whole day with this thing, all the latest drivers, etc, and no luck getting the TV function to work. I bought the damn thing for the TV function.

It goes back to Circuit City... Read full review »

An absolute waste of money

Pros none
Cons It doesn't work
Recommended it? No

If you are running Windows XP, do not buy this card. After running the TV tuner for 5 minutes or less, it hangs and forces you to reboot your system. Microsoft reports that it is a known issue with the ATI drivers and there is no known workaround or fix.
