A feature-rich 4-line phone that will do just about everything
I almost pulled my hair out shopping for 4-line phones. Most electronics stores didn't have much of a selection of 4-line phones until fairly recently since this is not an item that the average shopper needs.

Multi line phone that can only do one thing at a time
First, the minor problems. The answering system has an incredible amount of static. Also, when you go to dial, there is a second or two delay before the first digit goes through. Sounds like no big deal, but when this happens every time you go to dial, it can be extremely annoying.

Auto-Attendant Does Not Work
Good phone if you are planning to use it as a single phone. If you connect more than one 964 and plan to use the Auto Attendant, you are asking for trouble. The Auto Attendant will route the calls to the correct extension, but when the caller is done leaving her voicemail and has hung up, the phone... Read full review »
Not for me
I just set up my new offices with 3 ATT 964 phones and 2 ATT 944 phones. According to ATT they are designed to work together...they don't. Feature rich but quality poor
I purchased this phone for personal use because I wanted a unit manufactured by a reputable brand name that incorporated an answering machine, caller ID display, and speakerphone all in one machine. Headset and this phone
The reviews conver the territory except there is one major quirk: When you wish to switch from headset to handset, there is no button to do so (pressing the headset button hangs up the call). Not a great phone
I've had nothing but trouble with this phone we purchased for our business. I've have two phones and have had to take the phone back twice already.
