Nice set of features

Convenient design, good sound quality, good set of features, digital answering machine
Cons
Not completely 5.8 GHz. Customer support is not that good. Impossible to set exact date.

Pretty compact and convenient design (of both handset and the base).
Nice set of features (I didn't need anything else). I like the base display showing the number I dial and the incoming call caller id.
Sound quality is very good including handset/base speakerphone.
B&W handset's LCD should not use too much battery. So, the announced 8 hours of talks/4 days in stand by mode seem to be accurate estimates.
The 5.8 GHz is not quite accurate. The base communicates to the handset at the 2.4 GHz and still may interfere with some other devices like wireless routers.
Had issues with the handset. Battery didn't seem to keep the charge. The seller replaced the item but it had the same issue. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Their first suggestion was to turn to the seller for a replacement.
