AT&T E2717B 2.4 GHz / 900 MHz Twin 1-Line Cordless Phone

I just purchased these yesterday but the clarity from both ends is great. You can hear the person you are speaking to clearly and they can hear you loud and clear. The call transfer button comes in handy in my house because there are five floors and when someone is four floors down there is no need to yell or go all the way downstairs. The transfer button rings a different tone and then if the person is not there it comes back to the original phone with a different ring also. The 4 ring tones are very ordinary but I got this setup at a great price and hearing and being heard is more important than a lot of "bells and whistles". Two people cannot speak at the same time using these two phones so that might become a disadvantage but we have plenty of other phones in the house.
