The Bottom Line:
GREAT filtration system, taste, savings AND customer service awesome! It's so nice to have such a rare positive experience with a company and product!
We took a chance on this filtration system which we had never heard of and I'm so glad we did! We had and loved it for a year and a half and have always recommended it to friends. It works like a charm and I don't haul home water galons any more which also saves us money. Also, we have instant cold or hot water for instant perfect drinks. Great all around!
Recently, I had an electrical problem with my original unit which was already 6 months past my warranty but customer service was AWESOME! They replaced my unit (sending me a newer and better model)!!!!!!! The first replacement unit ZeroWater sent was damaged by UPS (driver left it out in the pouring rain!!!!!!!!!) but ZeroWater simply dealt with UPS to pick up the bad unit and immediately sent me another within just a few days!!!!!!
So we couldn't be happier BOTH with the filtration system, the taste of the water, the money savings and not having to haul galons of water home from the store...............AND the customer service!
BTW, it comes with a water impurities level meter which tells us when to change filter and how well it works. Also, it's easy to tell by the great tasting water (vs. taste of our well water which we have had tested, it is clean but leaves a funny aftertaste).
It's so nice to have such a rare positive experience with a company and product that I had to make time to leave my epinion!
(We also own the smaller 'Z-Pitcher' which we keep near the dogs' water bowl, so they always have the best tasting water as well. Works just as well.....dogs won't drink tap water any more!)
