APW Wyott Zero Water J 20 Filter Bottle System

I went ahead and bought this even after reading the bad reviews and now wish I had not. My floor ended up with a real bath and the people at Zero were rude and offered little help. I found that even though Home Depot sells this unit on the shelf beside their GE dispensers, they are not compatible. In fact the zero unit is compatible with little but their own dispenser. Don't waste your time if your dispenser is not the zero brand or you will end up with a flooded floor.  I would not buy any zero product now based on the attitude of their CS personnel and a box that has false claims ("works with most dispensers" ) . By "most" they mean theirs.
