Little customer service and a product that seldom works.
I went ahead and bought this even after reading the bad reviews and now wish I had not. My floor ended up with a real bath and the people at Zero were rude and offered little help. I found that even though Home Depot sells this unit on the shelf beside their GE dispensers, they are not compatible... Read full review »
Don't waste your money
This seemed like the perfect solution to eliminating bottled water delivery. ITS NOT!! 5 months after purchasing this system it is broken and the repair outweighs the cost of a new dispenser! What a huge waste of money. The warranty runs out after 90 days. Read full review »
