With vent slides to control humidity and a digital control that precisely regulates temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, you can adjust each drawer of this versatile warmer to meet the specific needs of any product. Each drawer cavity is lined with 1" of insulation for optimum energy efficiency. The APW Wyott HDX-3 Ease Extreme Digital 3 drawer warmer includes 3 full size 6" deep food pans.
