The steamer's heating system cooks hot dogs in less than 20 minutes and then holds them at safe temperatures for serving customers. A divided steaming pan gives you complete control over steam levels, keeping your buns warm and fresh while your hot dogs cook to perfection. The APW Wyott DS-1A "Mr. Frank" hot dog steamer has a rear door for easy loading, serving, and cleaning, and a back drain to quickly remove excess water. The APW Wyott DS-1A "Mr. Frank" hot dog steamer is UL and NSF Listed, and has a 120V, 800 watt, 6.7 amp electrical rating.
