The APW Wyott RCW-11SP 11 qt. countertop cooker features a high wattage heating system that is perfect for re-thermalizing refrigerated soups, stews, and chili, or rapidly heating sauces like nacho cheese. This specialized packaged ships with your convenience in mind by including an inset, hinged cover, and ladle! This thermostatically controlled system provides fast heat up and recovery, and can reach temperatures up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the cooking process is complete, you can easily reduce the countertop cooker's temperature to proper food safe holding temperatures, making it ideal for restaurant kitchens, buffets, or catered events. Both the exterior of the cooker and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel for easy clean up.
