This CP-2A Champion electric hot plate from APW Wyott packs a powerful punch in a portable, 17 lb. package, making it perfect for use at buffet tables and catered events! Boasting two 6" open coil heating elements with infinite temperature controls, this hot plate delivers safe and precise heating. Its 1250W element is perfect when you need rapid heating, while its secondary 550W element allows you to simmer dishes to perfection. It also contains cooling vents on all sides to help prevent burns and overheating. This hot plate is made from heavy duty stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and features a removable, aluminum splash plate below each heating element for easy cleaning.
