Need to power a small city during a brownout? Heres your UPS!!

Pros Great ease of use, protects from any surge out there!
Cons None that I could find.
Recommended it? Yes
This is one of the nicest UPS's I have ever used, my dad is an architect and he worries about the power surges hitting and him losing important files so he boguht one back when they were really expensive! This one only cost me 149.99 and it has been well worth the money, sofar it has protected me from a brownout, lightning storm , and even a dumb roomie unplugging it without thinking!:) It will power a normal PC for a full 14 minutes after power goes completely out, I know it works cause I had it happen and had a chance to proove that point:)

I like the ease of use, it has two plugs in back as well as a third flexible output for an accesory which I use for another power strip to power my speakers and scanner etc. It also has a serial port and smart software technology to boot. Modem line in and out are on it too. It has a nice alarm to warn if the power fluctuates or if there is a brownout it will beep off and on till you have a chance to get to the computer and shut it down to save all information and any damage that would happen if it wasn't there. It takes up the space of a small loaf of bread. It's 4" wide by 6" tall by about 1 foot long. It does weigh alot, around 15 lbs so it's not a light feather. All in all this is a great buy for the protection it gives and it's a nicely designed package to boot!:)
