Insufficient in every respect
I purchased two portable AC units in late March and in mid-May, the first hot day of the year, I discovered that neither one was capable of cooling a small bedroom. Good looking, compact, cools effectively, but not for window venting
When I first received it, I was disappointed with the poorly written user manual, flimsy window mounting kit and difficult to use drainage tray.
