Don't use with an Athlon 64
Pros
Adaptive overclocking is nice. This motherboard doesn't seem to have any problems booting into Linux.
Cons
Getting it to boot up is like rocket science.

No
Has severe problems with bootup into Windows installation cd and Windows PE. My advice is to stay away from this product-- it's a major hassle.
