If you own pets, this vac is for you. If you frequently use carpet powders or use your vacuum to clean up fine powders (baking soda, flour), this vacuum is not for you, because they will readily clog the first two filters, requiring them to be rinsed clean too often. Must...

Horrible Waste of Money
This vacuum is a horrible machine. We bought ours in Dec 2006, and at first, we were really impressed with how much dirt it picked up (that our old vacuum didn't). Horrible vacuum cleaner!
This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever used! (Purchased April 07)It is too late to take it back, but I will have to take the loss and buy a new one. It's not worth the grief!!
