A great vacuum... if you don't have pets.
Pros
Good suction, very thorough, easy to empty.
Cons
Belt constantly breaking, canister a little small, dusting attachment is worthless.

The Bottom Line:
Don't buy this if you have long-haired or multiple pets. Otherwise probably an excellent choice.
I bought this vacuum based on some good reviews and a surprisingly reasonable price. A few months and many, many belts later, I'm ready to try again.
This vacuum has great suction and truly does beat the dirt from the carpet. But it only does this if the brush is free of hair (which ties up around the bristles very easily) and the canister has a good amount of room. I have a 950-square-foot apartment, and I have to empty this canister three to five times while vacuuming.
Of course, I also have two long-haired dogs which shed constantly, so that might be the problem! However, the canister is quick and easy to empty, and the dirt cup shakes loose readily. The more pressing concern is that the brush bristles get tangled around the hair very easily, which tears the belt. I replace the belt every second or third time I vacuum, no joke. And the belt is hidden under the hood which is secured with two screws... we've since replaced them with quick-connects because we spend as much time replacing the belt as we do vacuuming.
This vacuum isn't exactly light, but it is surprisingly easy to maneuver and the attachments are conveniently located and quick to change. (Except for the dusting attachment, which is worthless.)
Overall, I think this would be a great vacuum for somebody with short-haired or no pets, but for those of you looking for a great pet vacuum... this isn't it!
