Not Bad For A Quick Cappuccino In The Morning
I previously owned a Kitchen Selectives, extremely low-end coffee pot. I bought it for ten dollars at Wal-Mart until I could get something a little bit better. The Kitchen Selectives hot pad stopped keeping the coffee warm, so I decided it was time to look for another coffee maker. When I went back... Read full review »
Could be better
We purchased this about 3 years ago after our Cuisenart coffee maker had a stroke.
From the beginning we weren't impressed with this dual purpose caffeine dispenser. The steamer worked okay for making hot chocolate; but didn't do really well at espresso. The coffee side made...

Flimsy
The pause-and-serve apparatus broke off into the pot of coffee. The plastic lid for the espresso pot broke, leaving a chunk of plastic in the espresso. The stainless steel on the front of the item is actually silver plastic. The overall feel of the item is flimsy and cheap. Read full review »

Love the espresso maker...
I've had the same bad experiences with the coffee filter basket and carafe as reported by others. We've learned to pour the coffee over the sink... but when company comes over, the coffee goes all over the floor and counter. Worst carafe and messiest coffee maker we've ever used. Because of the... Read full review »

It makes decent coffee. But the drip stop button sticks or clogs up and you have a counter full of coffee and grounds to clean up at 5 in the morning. Not my idea of a relaxing morning cup of coffee, not to mention safety concerns! When it...

plan to return it
I thought it would be great to have coffee maker and espresso maker in one unit. The coffee is good, but the carafe is difficult to pour without making a mess. The espresso maker smells up the whole house so badly we've quit using it. It smells like burning rubber. The manual warns of the smell... Read full review »
This product is made poorly!
I have gone through 2 pots since owning this machine! Both times the handle broke on mine! Cleaning it is a hard task and takes such a long time! Read full review »
