I have used this product for over two years. I have mostly hardwood and tile in my house and bought this product because I wanted and easier way to keep my floors clean. First off, I wish epinions would name this product the "Bissell 5200 Flip It Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum" .. without "Flip it" in the title ... it's confusing.

Passable but not worth much praise
I bought this unit as an intermediate solution for cleaning the floors in my house. I have a Dyson DC15 Animal for dry vacuuming and a Hoover Agility for serious, hard floor cleaning. Decent job
Like most products today, people clearly haven't read the instructions.
For every bad review I've read here, it's clear that they didn't read the instructions!
1) they say to VACUUM FIRST
2) they say to ONLY squirt on the UP-stroke
3) they say to DRY with the SQUEEGEE...

Good product for minimum expectations

Flips but doesn?t clean very well.
