The Bottom Line:
Just stick with the mop and bucket.
I just got it home and was really excited about the possibilities this product could bring. I have an 11 month old little girl and she is constantly on the move. It's more important now than ever that my floors are spotless, and I was hoping that this Bissell would be able to make life a little easier as far as cleaning my floors went. I was wrong. The suction on both end sucks and the wet mop function left a streaky residue on my kitchen floor. Just to be certain it wasn't just my dull floors shining through I took a paper towel and wipe a small area of the floor and guess what? The floor was still dirty. I thought I could live with the fact that the wet mop didn't work so long as the dry vac worked but that was asking for too much. I tried it on my hardwoods and it didn't seem to move any dust at all. Luckily I purchased my bissell for virtually nothing. I actually bought two thinking that I would gift one to my mother, but I think I'm going to take the second one back ASAP. Oh and I forgot to mention that when I filled the clean tank with the hard floor cleaner and water it leaked. Anyone who says this piece of crap is worth the money works for Bissell and has been paid to lie to you. Don't believe the hype!
