I love it

Pros Better than mopping. Price is good. Easy to store. Cleaner smells good.
Cons I really have no complaints yet.
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  I recommend this product highly. You know your floors are clean because you are not just pushing dirty water around like you do with regular mopping.
First off, I wish epinions would name this product the "Bissell 5200 Flip It Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum" .. without "Flip it" in the title ... it's confusing.

Do not get this product confused with another one called "Flip Ease". I accidentally bought that one first and as soon as I took it out of the box I knew I had the wrong product .... I will return the Flip Ease, but I'm sticking with the Flip It.

Anyway, I bought mine at Target. Easy to assemble. Instructions easy to follow, but you have to read them!
The clean tank "snaps" into place .. and using the wet side, pull the trigger going forward and not when you are 'returning' or bringing the vac back towards you. That will suck up most of the water. I did find that when I went from backwards to forward to start another spot on the floor, there sometimes was a small puddle (very small) but really nothing to worry about ... I started lifting the unit when I went from backwards to forwards to do a new spot or "row" on my floor and that did the trick. It does not suck up ALL the water but neither does a mop! It does a great job cleaning - can tell by the dirty water tank.
This product is NOT for use on carpets, or rugs, I'm not sure where I saw it, but there was either a review here or elsewhere on the web about it's inefficiency to dry vac carpets. No!!!!!! Right on the box "Hard floor cleaner".
I vacuumed first with my regular vacuum cleaner ... not knowing how good of a job the Flip it would do. Also I don't want to clog it, I have two cats so there is lots of cat hair around. After vaccing with my big regular vac, I vacced with the "dry" side of the Flip It. It managed to pull even MORE very small particles up from my floor. Ones that I didn't even see.
At this point I emptied the dirty tank .... I just didn't want to deal mixing the dry dirt with the dirty water.

I love it. The water in my tank was so dirty, I didn't realize that my ceramic tiles were that filthy.
