Good product for minimum expectations

Not leaving behind dirty water, fast drying, good for frequent cleaning

Wet streaks if flip to vacuum after mopping. Vacuum all floors first before mopping.

I would recommend it if you prefer frequent but quick cleaning of the floors and not waiting a long time for the floors to dry.
I have read the reviews here and decided to buy this product. Now, it is not an absolute replacement for the old mop and pail system, but it's very good for frequent mopping on high-traffic hard floor areas. For occasional thorough cleaning, use the standard mop. The Bissell 5200, for example, cannot reach around the back of the toilet.
I like it because it doesn't put strain on my back unlike when I haul around a heavy pail of water and work the mop with two hands. You just glide it back and forth with one arm. It does take getting used to at first, however. But you don't notice it after a while. I used to dread mopping the floors with the old mop and put it off for at least a month each month, but I look forward to it and mop more often.
I love that it sucks up dirty water and doesn't leave it behind. And that it doesn't need a gallon of water to clean. I am amazed to see the dirty water in the tank when I am done. Since I live in a small place, I only need to fill up the water/formula tank just once for 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. And the floors dry very quickly. Before, it would take at least half a hour.
I recommend that you vacuum first anywhere you would be mopping before you flip to mop. Otherwise, it will leave wet streaks if you switch from mopping to vacuuming.
