Bissell 5200 Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum

I have used this product for over two years. I have mostly hardwood and tile in my house and bought this product because I wanted and easier way to keep my floors clean. With three children at home the floors are constantly dirty. I use this product only for the mop feature as the vacuum does not have any suction. The mop does not clean around the edges of the floor, it leaks all over the floor when it is off, and worse than any thing the handle does not hold the unit upright. It is constantly falling over. Once it almost hit my baby in the head. I talked to the company about this and they said it needs to always be leaned against a wall. That doesn't solve the problem though. The wet/dry vac would be much better if the handle had some sort of lock. I have also had to replace the dirty water reservoir because it broke when the unit fell. The filter also doesn't do a very good job. I have had to take the unit apart several times to clean it out. I would not buy this product again. I still usually mop my floors on my hands and knees just like I used to do before I bought this product.
