Decent job
Pros
Cleans and dries floors better than any other method I know
Cons
Learning curve: Too much for some here :-P. Emptying dirty bin IS nasty.

Like most products today, people clearly haven't read the instructions.
For every bad review I've read here, it's clear that they didn't read the instructions!
1) they say to VACUUM FIRST
2) they say to ONLY squirt on the UP-stroke
3) they say to DRY with the SQUEEGEE action on the DOWN-stroke
Do the above, and you'll find it works EXACTLY as described and well.
My hardwood has never been cleaner, and you see how clean it is at a glance.
I did have some issues the first time with the tray sliding out, but that was because I was dragging it sideways. If you use it only with forward and backward strokes, as intended, the tray does not slide out.
As far as the difficulty of pushing it, well, it's not on wheels obviously, and did you really thing there'd be zero elbow-grease required? LOL
