Bought this on the recommendation of others. Initially bought one to use at work for tea. Loved it so much that I bought another one to use at home for upstairs office--so much easier than running downstairs to make tea.
Looks great, works great, especially like the cord holder in the bottom of the base--you just unwind the amount of cord you need to plug in wherever. Have had other electric kettles that fizzled out after a while. This seems very solid and much better made--I expect it to last a long time.
Highly recommended, especially for tea lovers.
