Love it, but they wear out
I have been using the Palm Ultra-Thin keyboard for several years now, first with my Tungsten T, and now with my Tungsten C. I love the design, the compactness, and the fact that it makes my Palm much more versatile and useful.

There are compromises, but this is the most portable keyboard you can buy.
I'm a graduate student in English, which means I read -- and take notes on -- a ton of books. At the beginning of this year I took my laptop everywhere I went for this purpose, which was a huge strain on my back and on my laptop. Portability with compromise
Hehe, I got this keyboard with my T3 on Ebay, so it was a good, good deal :) Anyways. It is a small keyboard, bigger than my Palm, but around the same thickness. These dimensions are off Palmone's website:
