Lexmark Fan in the UK

The Bottom Line:
The machine itself is smart, very easy to use and suitable for general home use, I would not however recommend for a busy office type environment as I unfortunately discovered.
Every printer I have had so far has been a Lexmark, the price attracts me as does the look of the printer itself.
The Lexmark X75 is a very neat looking machine, it is very compact considering it is a multi function machine.
1st function - Scanner - I have had no problems so far with the scanner unlike the previous reviewer. From the main X75 program you can first preview, then chop off the bits you don't want to scan, then do the scan itself all in a few seconds.
2nd function - Copier - Hmm, not so impressed, for black text only documents, the speed and quality is not too bad but stick a picture in there and the fuzzy copy that comes out is at least 50% of the quality of the original item.
3rd function - Printer - No complaints at all with the quality of the printing. Clear sharp pictures even set at normal mode on run of the mill paper, however speed wise all seems ok until you attempt to get on with something else whilst still printing, the speed dramatically reduces until at times complete standstill.
As mentioned in the previous review, I have also had problems with loading paper and it subsequently jamming, annoying but not a reason not to buy at these prices.
