Slow Cooker Rival Crock - Aint No Crock!
Pros
Easy, nutritional, delicious meals. Great way to use whatever you have. Just throw it in!
Cons
Must fill up or food sticks and burns. A bit heavy for me to handle.

The Bottom Line:
Less time in the kitchen. You can bang out a great, nutritious meal. You throw everything in and go to work. When you get home, your dinner is ready!
I was a professional cook and it is still my passion. Having had a restaurant and catering business, I have practically every cooking device ever invented by mankind. Yet, I have never used a slow cooker until recently.
A friend made ribs in a slow cooker that blew me away. Another friend invited us over for dinner and I was amazed to find out that she too used a slow cooker.
I ran to Bed Bath and Beyond and purchased this wonderful product.
It is ridiculously easy to use. You just press a button to select the time that you want to cook your meal in. I HATE chicken legs and thighs. Yet, when I used those parts in my first recipe, I could not get enough. The meat fell off of the bones. Beef comes out unbelievable! Pork even better!
I do seer beef and pork first.
Just use whatever vegetables you have, maybe some potatoes, some broth and press the button. The smell that permeates inside and outside your house will make your neighbors jealous.
The only thing that I hate about this product is that I have never seen it advertised and I should have had it years ago.
