Cooks too hot on all settings, therefore crockery part is not very durable.

Do not buy this slow cooker!
I bought the Rival 6 quart slow cooker because of the so-called programmable features, and its large capacity. The lame programming is 4 or 8 hours, on low or high -- that's it, no in between, then it switches to warming mode, though I saw no difference between warming and low. That alone is not...
