Hamilton Beach 31197 120 Watts Toaster Oven with Convection Cooking

i bought this oven @ Kohls-one week to the day the fan sounds like someone is sticking a screwdriver in it--the timer is off almost 10 min, and the temp control is way off, plus you can't put a full size cookie sheet in the oven.
