I love my Pilot!

Pros Comfort, space, handling, looks nice.
Cons
Gas mileage, speaker system, battery issues, entertainment system headphones are pretty cheaply made.

Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line: Love this SUV! I would definately buy it again and again.

We purchased this pilot in Aug of 2005. It is our first and we love it (esp compaired to the Grand Cherokee we owned before it). We have had some minor problems...like the battery issues many others have had but we just bought a new battery for 80 bucks and all is well.

This SUV has TONS of space and seats 8 VERY comfortably (even with carseats). I literally hate riding in other peoples cars now. I always volunteer to drive so I can be comfortable!

The very first thing I noticed when I test drove this car is how well you can see. The front window is HUGE. I love the tire pressure sensors. This has saved many miles on the life of our tires! The...lol...butt warmers are great for those of us with bad backs. Turning radius is very decent!

I wish the Pilot had automatic door locks like the Grand Cherokee did (lock the doors when you hit 15 mph) I do miss that feature. I also miss the compass and the feature that tells you how many miles you have left in gas. I wish the back door window opened separately too (I think that is a feature on the new ones though).

I would definately recommend this car to anyone who needs this type of vehicle.
