Poor sound quality
Pros
Number announce feature
Cons
Sound quality is poor
Recommended it?

The sound quality of this answering machine is very poor. Most messages sound like the person had a towel over the phone. Also, there are frequent "dropouts". That is, spaces during a message that are totally silent. Imagine you're watching TV, and you mute the sound for a second--that's what this machine sounds like. What makes this problem worse is that somehow the machine knows exactly when the person is leaving either their name or their phone number, because that's when the dropouts happen every single time.
One thing I can say for this machine is that it can announce the phone number of the incoming call, so if it's a number you don't recognize you don't have to get up. Overall, though, I do not recommend this machine because of the poor sound quality.
