Toastmaster 1119 Electric Blades Grinder

I roast my own coffee beans so its safe to say I really enjoy coffee. Over the years I've had numerous different blade grinders and they've all performed much the same. My Braun lost part of a blade so when I was shopping at my Jewel grocery store and saw this for $11 I bought it. It is not worth ten dollars less than that. Besides being noisy, it takes twice as long to grind as any other model I've ever used but the main problem is that there are always large chunks of unchopped coffee beans left. I've never seen this in any other model I've ever used. I have a dedicated grinder for spices but I'm looking for a replacement (its only two weeks old!) with the hopes I can rid this one of any coffee flavors and use it as a spice grinder. Otherwise it will be tossed out, something I've never done with any working appliance. There are better choices out there. I've had other Toastmaster products that perform well but this one needs a total redesign.
