The Bottom Line:
If you want a cost efficient, really good set of clippers, then this is the set for you!
I purchased a pair of these clippers right out of cosmetology school. I paid about $50.00 for them at the time. Man, could you ever tell the difference in a pair of professional clippers compared to the ones they give you in cos. school!
These clippers are smooth and quiet. Slow to get hot and very easy to clean. The blades last a long time and when I did need to replace them-which happened twice in the 7 years I owned them-they weren't that expensive. These clippers withstood some abuse. I have some family members with super coarse hair and these made it feel like you were cutting butter. They were also dropped by a fellow worker but you would never know it!
There really wasn't a thing I didn't like about these clippers. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a pair of good clippers that didn't cost an arm and leg.
After 7 years of steady use they did finally give out on me. The motor still ran but the mechanism that held the blades broke. It could probably be fixed by someone but I would just rather purchase a new pair.
I would like there to be more color options, such as blue, red, orange, etc... but as long as they work well black or chrome is fine with me!
