Yet another gem from the folks at Blizzard, Diablo 2 manages to improve in every category on its predecessor, Diablo, which was an excellent and revolutionary game in its own right. Diablo 2 takes place a little while after the end of Diablo, I won't spoil the end for those who haven't beaten Diablo yet. Anyway, Diablo is back and has to be slain once again. Only this time, there are more maps, more creatures, more characters, more skills, more items, and just more gaming goodness. In Diablo 2, there are five characters, Barbarian, Paladin, Amazon, Sorceress, and Necromancer. Amazon is the easiest character to play the game on normal, however, in the Nightmare and Hell difficulties, she becomes outdated. Barbarian and Sorceress are the two best characters to play. Barbarian can jump and shout and do all sorts of crazy stuff like hold two weapons at a time. The sorceress has many powerful spells like meteor shower and glacial spike that can decimate any enemy. I have been playing this game for almost half a year and I still cant get enough. No matter who you are, this is the game for you. Diablo is definitely the best game released in 2000, and is one of the best games of all time.
