Connection speed a big factor

In diablo 2 there are two modes of play. Single player and multiplayer.
Single player, while fun at first grows old quickly. Basicly the only way to spice it up once you've reached about level 30 is to start a new character class. Thats where the beauty of multiplayer comes in. This world offers an unlimited amount of fun due to the interaction with others and the ability to form parties, crucial if you are a sorceress. Also online it seems that the rare and unique items show up a lot more. Unfortunately if you dont have a high speed connection multi player is more trouble than it is worth. I cannot count the amount of times that I've timed out, been lagged to death, or just dropped. Everything in the games seems to be on a five second delay. So here's my reccomendation. If u have a high speed connection get this game and lay it to death, but if you're on a dialup pass on it unless you really like single player.
