DescriptionBlack Walnut Hull
Tincture Black Walnut Hull
tincture is traditionally used to help nutritionally support the normal cleansing of the body of waste materials and create an environment unfriendly to parasites. Black Walnut Hulls come from the immature fruit of the Black Walnut Tree, Juglans nigra, a short-trunked forest tree with a spreading crown. The Black Walnut Tree is indigenous to the Middle East, but it is currently grown in the U.S., Canada and Europe as well. In the U.S., the Black Walnut Tree is found from Georgia as far west as Kansas and Minnesota. TRADITIONAL USE Black Walnut Hulls (Juglans nigra) are traditionally used as an antiseptic laxative for the lower bowels, and as a purgative agent for expelling unwelcome organisms. Black walnut hulls, harvested when green, contain a maximum amount of juglone. New method for conserving the potency of the
tincture. Depending on the size of
tincture bottle place 1 to 4 tsp of olive oil into the bottle and store it in the freezer. This will cause the olive oil to harden and block any air from oxidizing the
tincture. The
tincture won't freeze because it contains alcohol. Once you want to use the
tincture simply shake the bottle to break away the film of hardened olive oil. The olive oil does not affect the potency of the
tincture. Add more olive oil as needed to conserve the potency. Quality Guarantee The Black Walnut Hull
Tincture - Extra Streangth far surpasses the quality of any of the hight quality
tinctures available in the health food stores. This is because of three facts. First, it is extra streangth; meaning it contains double the amount of Black Walnut Hull than the regular streangth
tinctures. Second, it contains
tincture made from the highly potent green hull of the Black Walnut, this is important because the green hull contains high amounts of Juglone, an essential ingredient in the
tincture. Third, the
tincture is fresh. Laboratory tests have shown that when the
tincture is green it contains double the amount of Juglone compared to a dark brown or black
tincture. After you open the bottle it starts to turn brown and then black. Don't worry it still contains at least the same amount of Juglone as the other high quality Black Walnut
Tinctures you get in the health food store. Take double the amounts after your
tincture turns brown. Note Regarding Children Please do personal research and consult with your health care professional before giving any herbs to children. This warning goes out to pests of all kinds: root-nibbling insects and larvae, burrowing beetles and worms, and all manner of plants which would encroach on the Black Walnut Tree’s territory. This warning message is transmitted primarily through the chemical juglone (5-hydroxy- alphanapthaquinon e). The bark, root, leaves, and nuts of the Black Walnut Tree all contain juglone, a potent pesticide and herbicide....
