The microscope's optics include SM Plan DIN brightfield objectives in a quadruple nosepiece. It holds a 10X objective and a 40XS BF S. Plan Achromat Positive Phase contrast objective for total magnification settings of 100x and 400x with the included DIN standard HWF10X and DIN focusing HWF10X eyepieces.
