The Daylight Savings Time function is currently on, but can be turned off if your area does not use it. The clock may also be set manually if desired. The date follows the time, also received from the WWVB. The center section of the screen features a forecast icon, which can be sunny, partly sunny, or rainy. A sunny icon indicates the weather is expected to improve, based on rising air pressure. This is often accompanied by an arrow pointing upward, indicating the rising air pressure.
