Inspired by the beer can chicken - Liquid from the seasoning well steams the chicken from the inside out! 3-4 LB. Roasting Chicken and your choice of liquid and dry seasoning. Step 1: Remove the giblets and neck from the chicken cavity. Rinse and pat dry. Rub the thawed chicken with your favorite dry rub inside and outside. Step 2: Fill the liquid seasoning well in the center of the cooker with your favorite liquid. Add a tablespoon of your seasoning to the liquid. Step 3: Make a foil plug for the chicken's neck. Place your chicken so she is sitting on the top of the well -- legs down. Step 4: Place in a COLD OVEN and bring to desired temperature together. Cook at 350 F uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer.
